I had a problem with my eye, and I was seen by a young lady named Somia. She is very professional, and made me feel at ease from the word go. Her expertise was very impressive, and at the same time she has such a lovely nature. I think she is a credit to SpecSavers, you have a real gem in this young lady.

I complained to sanjit the audiology manager due to being let down after I turned up for an appointment when no audiologist turned up. so waste of my time and money and I had already waited a month for this appointment with awful tinnitus after a referral. I wanted to complain in writing but sanjit kept saying that all complaints come back to her so basically no point. I felt this was not reasonsble and as I challenged her she told me I was being rude and put the phone down. I then phoned back in for the complaint information and spoke to a much more helpful person Lauren, she gave me the details I needed to complain and then advised me, that Sanjit had barred me from ever having a hearing test with Specsavers. I couldnt believe it. Very upsetting and very unprofessional. Needless to say I will be taking this further. The customer care is so bad here, whatever you do dont complain if they do something wrong.
