One of the best opticians Ive been to in Birmingham. Adam looked after me and prescribed me with glasses which have improved my eyesight.

This optician is an independent gem. My autistic younger son was feeling anxious beforehand, but the waiting area was really calm and quiet and the staff were really good with him so he soon relaxed. They thoroughly examined both boys and have put together a proper plan for treatment of my older son's ongoing issues with convergence insufficiency. I was really impressed with them and felt so comfortable and welcome.

Around a year ago I lost my my glasses and needed test and replacement pair urgently. Having called the chain optician I had previously went to, they were unable to help. I called around other chains and they were unable to help too. I called Adam at Seesaw and they were able to squeeze me in by seeing me out of hours. I found that the range of glasses were far superior to the chain I went to before and at a good price point. Adam and the team were able to turn around the glasses I selected within a few days and I really appreciated this as working at a screen is very challenging without glasses. The service is exceptionally warm and charismatic. Adam has a great memory for names and is a great host at the shop. The after service is also fantastic - Adam helped me out when I had accidentally damaged my frames. The shop is also very well designed My advice for anyone considering visiting seesaw is to ditch the chains and support local, the service is incomparable!
