Absolutely horrendous.I have tried to call but no one answers.i have called about 13 times and have spent 30 minutes talking to voicemail.The amount of laziness is unbearable.I once went in for a frame repair and all I heard was the phone continuously going off it's like the staff are un aware or not bothered to pick up.

They charge you even thought they take money of the local government. They charged me 79 pound for a replacement pair of glasses. Wow

Been trying to call and book an appointment for days. Goes straight to VM or just keeps on ringing. Inadequate and they need to make this service more competent.

Receptionist is very rude. No smile on the face Had Armani frame and glasses for 189, yet they claimed voucher for glasses. Checking Prices on google for my Armani frame is only 59.
