Worst customer service I have experienced anywhere. They are rude, Aggressivd and have unfriendly sharp phone skills- and theyre the same face to face, regardless of how courteous you may be in exchange. The receptionist(s) lack people skills, empathy or any kind of compassion. I have asked 9 family members to stop using their service.

The optician is very rude and lacks customer services. He treats customers like they are animals. I think he is losing his marbles and needs to retire.

Been down twice today because I was sent a letter reminder but Abdi refused to see me even after I explained I tried book appointment several times but the secretary keeps shouting at me and puts phone down. Rude gal'//'//@@?' Third class rubbish service- I deserve better!

Absolutely rubbish customer service. The receptionist/secretary needs to learn how to speak to customers as she was very rude to customers and Needs to b taken down a peg. absolutely appalling
