        Reacted quickly when I rang with a problem that my own optician couldnt help with. Friendly and helpful. The optician himself was professional and thorough. Very informative. Tested my eyes and reassured me about my eye health . I realise now that my own optician is incompetent. New Image now have a new customer.

        Very friendly staff. I'm on vacation and they helped me buy contact lenses there and then, whereas the other stores I went to had to order them in :)
