brilliant service,lovely people there,would recommend above all the high street branches. while we have been going through the covid 19 pandemic they delivered my sons new glasses to our home,fantastic service thankyou.

The staff are amazingly friendly make you feel so welcome and make the tests so relaxing and at ease I highly recommend them to everyone needing their service.

Virdi & Pepall are by some stretch the kindest and most professional opticians I have had the pleasure of coming across. My mother, who is 77, chose Virdi & Pepall from a list provided by the NHS of opticians who were able to check her eyes as she suffers from diabetes. Having never used them before, we had no idea what to expect, however, from booking the initial appointment right through to collecting new glasses Virdi & Pepall could not have been any more of a pleasure to deal with. The young ladies on reception are very professional and went above as well as beyond when it came to looking after my Mum. The optical staff were equally excellent as they discovered an inherent mistake made on Mum's previous prescription and glasses. The opticians also offered us exceptional value for money as they advised us that new frames were not an absolute necessity, as Mum's new lenses could be put into her existing frames. Virdi & Pepall have offered and delivered an excellent customer experience. We will definitely be using them again and strongly recommend them to others in need of an outstanding optician.
