Phenomenal service. Competitive pricing I ran out of oil the day after ordering fuel online. When I called Midlands Fuel to try and expedite the two week delivery Danny was incredibly helpful and managed to add us as an extra stop at the start of the driver's rounds the following day. This while every other supplier was quoting 4-6 weeks delivery. Going the extra mile like this is what creates loyal customers...

Poor service. Ordered oil over 3 weeks ago. Delivery was expected Friday 25 March. Email received at 5.10pm that day to say driver ran out of fuel. Promised delivery on Tuesday 29 March. Oil was on route to us as we spoke on the phone. No delivery. Delivery expected 30 March. No show. No advice to say why or when. Had to chase again again at 5.30. BE HONEST MFO if you have no intention of delivering have the courtesy of letting customer know. Apparently you are having difficulty uploading my comments I wonder why. In that case I'm uploading onto Facebook. We were assured we would receive our order TODAY and it has not appeared ...... Disgusting service for a long standing customer.

Ever since Steve Davis sold the business the service levels have gone down. I phoned earlier this week to place an order for 1000 litres of fuel oil. We were told delivery would be 'sometime in the next 11 days! No good at all. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years...not any more. Have opened an account with Beesley Fuels, delivery within 48 hours.
