Worst experience i have ever been threw. She never explored any of my anxiety, very abrupt and stand offish. Tired to make out my anxiety, everybody suffers - I'm in counselling, when i got upset she stated I'm not your counsellor. She also was employing my anxiety caused by my father being poorly and menopause symptoms. My anxiety has been triggered by bullying and harassment in the work place. She also employing i need to leave, if i have no evidence of he bullying. I said i use EFT also when I'm feeling unwell, very sarcastic stating a short term release. If your employer use this company be very careful.

As the employee I found the service ok, very security conscious and really helpful by the RGN doing the report. I did end up having to chase the report to be released and sent, a call to customer service then transport dept aided this.

Medigold are best avoided if you possibly can. They broke data protection laws and I complained to the ICO. The ICO take a while to investigate but eventually confirmed Medigold had broken the law. They have recorded it should any further complaints be made and Medigold were forced to communicate with me (they had been ignoring emails). It is the best outcome I could have hoped for but it's disgraceful behaviour for a company that deals with people's sensitive health information! The "compliance director" (a woman called Geny) should quite frankly be sacked. The health assessment I had seemed rushed and the doctor had really no idea what my job involved (i'm a NURSE!). Despite me explaining to her why one suggested adjustment wouldn't work due to the way the organisation works she just didn't seem to take it in. Not a place I'd want to deal with again - companies like this are what happens when managing people's health is contracted out to the lowest bidder.
