A letter containing my medical circumstances was sent to the wrong address. It's taken them almost 2 months to issue a formal acknowledgement of this.
They needed further medical evidence from my mental health team. They never bothered contacting them because they pretended to not have their address. I found this out when I called for an update.
They'd been sitting on this for weeks.
The people working for OH Assist are inept, irresponsible and incapable.
Avoid.
