        Not happy about seeing staff use the local corner shop, not wearing a mask, then going back into this home, this is how the virus spreads. Staff need to be educated about these things.

        The care staff are lovely to work with and always have a laugh but management are vile, unsupportive and even lied to get me terminated because I have a disability that they don't want to deal with. Personally I wouldn't apply to work here especially as I have heard and seen loads of staff leave/hand in their notice less than a month of working here.

        Otterburn has recently become home for my Step Dad and we could not be happier with the exceptional care he receives. Karen ,Lianne, Amy and the rest of their amazing staff are the kindest, most caring group of individuals, who provide a very happy home from home. They go more than the extra mile in ensuring the people in their care live the best, most fulfilling life they can and feel part of the family, which is Otterburn! I hope the next CQC report shows OUTSTANDING, as they deserve it and more.
