Boldmere Court Care Home

Ive been entertaining at Boldmere Court Gravelly Lane for at least 6 years now. Im always touched by the level of care & attention the team give to the residents encouraging them to sing along & dance. The room I sing in is always decorated to match the theme of the event, Valentines, Halloween, Christmas & so on. All this is so stimulating for the lovely residents. There is a genuine joyful atmosphere at Boldmere Court. Smiles from all the staff from the moment you walk into reception & most importantly smiles from the residents. I have worked within this company for 12 years!! I take pride in knowing all 68 residents and meet as many families as possible when possible, as I now support another home within the company! Boldmere staff go above and beyond!! And Im proud to work alongside them to give good quality care!!maintaining dignity and respect at all times!! The team worked hard throughout Covid and smiled through the long hours and hard times!! As operations director I could not be more proud THANK-YOU ALL

Such a lovely home Heard so many lovely things from different relatives and loved ones. Staff are all so lovely. They go above and beyond! Wouldnt change anything in the home

My partners mother was a resident here and we always found the staff friendly and helpful. Her mother was very happy while she was a resident at Boldmere Court.
