        Let's just say this when the home manager says turn up unexpected I know why. All fur coat no knickers comes to mind . Staff on phones or sleeping. Hope my kids look after me when I'm old. Looks nice inside but care is minimal. As a ex nurse I wonder how some staff get these jobs. It's not for the love shall we say. Sorry but if there was a no star I would give it. I would think before u put your loved one there.

        Disgusting environment nasty clinical lead Vic is rude and ignores people. Care workers using face book on shift on computers , needs to be shut down. Did I mention the lazy receptionist?

        Should be renamed Jubilee Gardens DON'T Care Home. Staff are too busy with mobile phones to look after residents. Manager changes every few months. The conditions that some of the residents are left in is inhumane. Unfortunately for my Father we found this out too late.
