Little Swans Day Nursery

Me and my partner actually felt guilty for sending our daughter to this nursery, only when I removed her last year and started her at a new one did I realise how miserable the atmosphere of that place was. Had a number of issues with them not being honest about how much she had eaten and drank. (All documented in email) had a very unprofessional meeting with the manager and senco who were helping with my daughters speech.. who made a diagnosis of my child when they werent qualified to. The owner ignores you when you walk past her. Just really look around and compare nurseries, as now my daughter is flourishing in her new nursery, she runs in and cant wait where as she used to scream going there. I also heard a member of staff talking aggressively to somebody elses child when they didnt know I was there which one of the final straws leading me to remove my child amongst other things. Some nurseries are genuinely happy environments focussed on the kids..others seem to be just a business and have all the talk to get you signed up..just choose carefully.

Brilliant nursery all the staff are so helpful and polite. They go above and beyond when it comes to childcare. I have never felt so comfortable leaving my little boy in their care, I always pick up a happy little boy who always wants to share what he has learnt. Thank you to all the staff at little swans.

My little boy had moved from London to Birmingham and the nursery accommodated this big change so positively. My son made friends straight away and began learning new skills with their education curriculum. I am so thankful for all the staff as I dont feel I could of picked a better nursery in Yardley for my son to attend.

My son has now been at this nursery for over 6 months. I have to say I was very apprehensive as I had only just moved him from another nursery. My son absolutely adores this nursery and staff included. He has grown so much in confidence and is so so happy. Im glad I decided on little swans and Im glad I didnt let the odd negative review put me off. The staff are incredibly supportive and work well to meet my sons individual needs. I couldnt recommended the nursery enough!!
