        I went to return items on EVRI just before 1 pm, the person in the shop said we are closed despite the sign on the door saying "we are open" also the website mentions the shop is open till 2 pm. I requested him saying I walked in the cold, drizzling,wet weather relying on the website opening hours, he refused to entertain business. He was very rude and asked me to "get out" when asked why has he not changed the timings on the website. Will never visit again, very poor customer service.
