Mediocre job which I could have probably done at home (more neatly). Attended my appointment and showed the nail artist what I wanted from a photo (French manicure gels with a pastel tip). I asked if my nails could be extended a bit longer with the gel but she said that mint salon do not do that unless you have acrylics (which is fine, but not clearly advertised). She also explained she didnt have the base colour for French manicure which was surprising as it is a common colour which any salon should have. In the end she recommended another pinkish colour which she could do less layers of, which she did but as a result left patchiness over the nails because you dont have all the layers there. Then she proceeded to cut my cuticles and left lots of jagged edges, I asked her to remove the hanging cuticles 3-4 times after she did it then she explained she couldnt do this more because of policy (fair enough but it was not neat how she did it). I am also cut and bleeding from my thumb cuticle. She put the gels on and then proceeded to put some pastel French tips which I felt were uneven Lines over all the fingers (and I felt like a pain asking her to correct each finger several times). Also- there was no hand massage at all or hand lotion in this whole manicure (this is usually in A normal salon manicure). Had the same pattern and experience with the feet but less corrections along the way. Didnt feel like a very luxury experience and wont be going back again. The nail artist was nice, but there is just no quality to the nails and it was an incomplete manicure. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
