        I have been to Pure and Beautiful multiple times before, however, I booked an appointment for my bridal manicure and pedicure in August. I booked for my mother and I to attend. On the morning of our appointment, approximately 30 mins before, we got a text cancelling the appointment. As a bride, I was left without an option. I wasnt provided with an alternative nail salon nor a subsequent member of staff who could assist us. No options we provided. As a business, it was highly unprofessional. The lack of customer service was significantly off-putting especially as the appointment was booked for such a special mother and daughter moment.
