I am so upset. I came here as a last resort to getting my eyebrows done before school as I had been walking round northfield for a while. It was a huge mistake. I walked in, and immediately the language barrier threw me off (even though I am half chinese I could not understand what they were saying). A man came, sat me down and stuck eyebrow wax on my eyebrows immediately, without asking what I wanted, how I wanted it, or even washing his hands. I was so worried throughout the whole procedure. He was very harsh to my eyebrows and they have been itching ever since. They are also really wonky and thin. I was so upset cus I usually have quite thick eyebrows. They had not mentioned that they only take cash and not card, so my older sister had to sit and wait for me to take a 30 minute walk home to pick up the 5 and a 30 minute walk back. Whilst I was gone the man brought out a karaoke machine and started jamming to bars??? Neither of the staff seemed to care about their work and they all just seem money obsessed. The only five stars they have are the staff. STAY AWAY!!! Service: Waxing

Hygiene protocol is very much lacking. The pedicure water stinks, dont think they change it. The massage chair was nice though. When it comes to the manicure , its rubbish. I asked for a style and showed him the picture. He end up doing something else as if he was in a hurry to finish. I had to do cleaning of the dead skin around my nails myself. No attention to details, nothing. The finish product looked like Ive had the nails done for few days. Looked Embarrassing. The whole experience wasnt that good for me to go back. My mistake was not checking the reviews before going there. Lesson learned. Services: Pedicure, Nail painting, Manicure
