I have been to Sophies beauty bar twice now and in the space of 4 weeks my nails have never been stronger or more well looked after. I have officially stepped away from damaging acrylics after putting my trust in Sophies hands and she has not failed to disappoint. She is so friendly, has a beautiful nail studio and spends so much time and effort in to making sure your nails look incredible and actually grow! A friendly, professional service in a comfortable, stylish salon space. The salon is spotlessly clean with full PPE worn at all times. Hand sanitiser is made readily available. All relevant qualification certificates were also displayed. The salon itself is so well-represented and comfortable; as a client you really felt at home! Sophie took the time to talk through all of my preferences and didn't rush me at all, making sure that she understood what I wanted and talking me through her sample colours and styles. It is clear that client satisfaction is of utmost importance to her. Throughout the appointment, she gave heaps of advice on nail care and could answer any questions I had about how to keep my nails looking fresh. I left with a beautiful, natural looking manicure and nails that lasted absolutely ages! This really is a hidden gem in Great Barr: a highly-professional service with a fuss-free, friendly atmosphere. Those who love all things nails will love it but equally, those who may have never ventured beyond a basic manicure will also be made to feel right at home. Service: Manicure
