Had acrylics done, asked for gel and didnt get BIAB. They looked good but one came off 2 days later. Went in and had it fixed, had to wait over an hour to have one finger redone. Two days later, two more extensions came off. They have a 3 day maximum policy for corrections to be made. In total, they lasted roughly a week just about. Not good for quite expensive extensions. She did a good initial job and was friendly but 40 for extensions to last a week isnt good enough. In contrast, I went elsewhere for acrylic extensions with BIAB - it was 5 cheaper and so far has lasted 10 days without any issues.
