American nails in moseley

Does not even deserve 1 star. I have been going to this place since over 2 years now I get infills regularly. I had a horrible experience this time. I showed the nail tech the design I wanted he did not even bother to help me choose the correct colour or give me any advise when I asked which one is nicer. After I had realised I chose the wrong one he got overly angry and proceeded to do my nails in a rough manner. I felt so mistreated to the other clients only because I had chosen the wrong colour to the picture. I did not like my nails and felt helpless because he would blame it on me. Service: Manicure

Quick and affordable service. Nice pedicure hard skin removal. Good range of gel colours However, I wouldn't recommend getting gel removal here as they literally just filed my nails down to nothing and didn't use acetone properly

Ive been going to American Nails for the better part of around 3 years now. When I say Im ride or die for this place - I will never go anywhere else. I was curious to see the reviews today so had a look and I can honestly say I completely disagree. For those comments talking about the staff being rude and inhospitable, I can wholeheartedly say you are definitely the problem. Mei and the rest of the team are lovely and Ive spent hours and hours in there watching them be treated and spoken to awfully which they never deserve. Its always been on the basis of a simple miscommunication due to the language barrier but they absolutely go above and beyond for me, my family and friends that all go here. Services: Acrylic nails, French manicures, Nail designs, Pedicure, Nail polish changes, Nail repair, Nail cut & filing, Gel manicures, Nail extensions, Sculpted nails, Nail painting, Manicure, Polish removal
