Tony Nails

Rudest customer service and terrible nails! He rushed my nails and i told him they are not smooth and were smudged so asked for a discount and he refused. He was really rough with the file and i told him it was stinging but he didnt listen and just mumbled under his breath. He tried making me leave with glue all over my hands and i went back in and asked how its acceptable that ive left after getting my nails dome, with dirtier hands? I explained im not trying to argue and just want nice hands and he said "go back to where you usually go". So rude! He also missed the edges of my nails and said this is purposely done to look more natural? He didnt listen to any of my feedbsck Service: Manicure

Tony assured me he had enough time to do both my hands and toes when I scheduled an appointment over the phone. As a customer, my job was to show up on time, which I did. With the use of the nail drill, Tony severely injured my cuticles, causing them to bleed. He refused to let me choose the length of my nails when I requested toe nail extensions since he was running short on time and visibly appeared as irritated by sighing repeatedly and muttering, "Oh my god." when I told him to redo my nails as his work wasnt presented to the best of his ability due to him rushing because of a customer who had shown up without booking. Tony made me feel uncomfortable throughout the process. Services: Manicure, Pedicure
