I have been using this nail salon for over a year, recently got convinced to use the coloured powder for a white tip. I went back to a refill and a broken nail, she decided in her infinite wisdom to repair the broken nail with a different coloured powder. When I have her feedback on how she should have given me an option, she rudely replied saying that isnt what they do.. well at least explain first then if that is the case!! Services: Nail repair, Nail extensions

If I could give 1 star I would. Disgusting customer service, can only remove gel nails with a file, which leaves your natural nails thin. Refusing to soak of gel nails and telling me to go elsewhere
