Horrendous customer service I called in the day and made an appointment for half five, when I arrived on time to the appointment the shop was FULL and my spot had been taken. When I asked how long the wait would be the lady told me another half an hour. This is possibly the worst customer service I have received I booked my appointment for 5:30 and they wouldnt have started them Until 6 (baring in mind they close at 6) The shop does not have accurate time schedule and never book appointments for the correct time - they have also done this numerous times before when I have visited. They will often stop half way through your appointment and serve another customer which I feel as though Is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I do NOT recommend this nail salon if youre thinking about booking an appointment do not bother its a waste of time and money.

Hi my names tahsin it says Yasmine but its actually tahsin. I was a customer there i went there twice actually. despite the awful service. Which I kind of regret doing! First time I got my nails done there was on the 22nd of October then the second time I went was the 17th of November. On the 22nd I had no idea what I wanted to get as I usually dont get my nails done the manager lady was a bit aggressive and didnt give me some space so I can figure out what I want to get. I finally decided I wanted to get French nails white tips, and she sounded super angry talking to her other colleagues I felt a bit uncomfortableshe kinda would grab my hands and talk angrily .. apparently my hands werent still or relaxed enough so her tone of voice changes and says to relax my hand when she couldve said it in a nicer way. This guy who works there aswell who might be her husband kept staring at her doing the work. Which wasnt professional at all, this is a workplace not a social place. They can talk all they like but theres no need to be aggressive when doing customer nails and be annoyed with them if there was a misunderstanding etc I regret paying them an extra 5 too but I was being way too nice The second time I went this November I went to get blue teal nails I had a clear idea of what I wanted but before I went I remembered what happened last time I felt super uncomfortable I thought I was being too sensitive but I really wasnt.! They are in fault! I dont care if shes pregnant or has problems going on etc she shouldnt need to be aggressive when doing customers nails etc I say dont run a business if your all going act this way to customers, its not hard to be nice to people and say things nicer! They are very in rush when doing nails which isnt good to be honest. Also with the teal nails I have they look great but some of the gel on the back of the nails is there they didnt shape it up properly so its on the side A tiny bit hanging . I waited till it was my turn the guy told me to come I wanted to get my previous nails removed so he was in the process in doing so but he kept getting up and looking at what everyone else is doing! I found it super rude and it felt like he was rushing when removing my nails and being rough on my hands I just felt uncomfortable and frustrated. Then the main lady told me to move here to get my nails manicured and painted( which was super weird Im being moved around when I should stay with one person instead of going to different people was super weird) , she was also rough too when she asked me what size I want either coffin nails or square but I was telling her I wanted teal nails and she said it in such a rude way , asking if I wanted square nails and I said yeah I do When she couldve said it nicer. The other people working there were kind of rolling their eyes and also when it came to painting my nails , another girl came to do this so it was very weird and I was confused I didnt like it! I dont even usually get my nails done it has put me off in getting them done again to be honest :( but to be honest they do nice nails on people and I have seen myself Also something I have noticed the manager lady would answer the phone or talk on phone to other customers or someone whilst in the middle of doing nails I dont know if this is normal as I dont usually go to nail salons. But on the first time I got the french nails there they missed some bits, didnt paint it properly but most of it was okay just wished they were gentle when doing nails and nicer when speaking to people. Also the second time I went one of the girls said itll be 5 extra if I wanted longer blue nails which I disregarded! Pretty strange people. They also speak in their own language and you can tell how angry they are if something doesnt go right the customer isnt happy another person who works there speaks to the person doing their nails and say stuff in their language . Definitely dont go here !!! Services: Acrylic nails, Nail cut & filing, Nail painting
