Rude staff. Made me come for a repair in the morning, then her boss had already an appointment and she shouted at me and humiliated me in store. I have changed salons now and my nails look great. I used to go there and I liked it, but 1st to get a poor service so I had make time to go back, then to ask to come next morning and then said she didnt say it. Would be all ok, but shouting in store and embarrass me was enough.
You cannot shout at customers.
