Great manicure! The salon has great decor and I found the atmosphere relaxing. They took their time and I didnt feel rushed at all. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be back

Will not be returning here again unless it is an absolute emergency and I have no other choice. God forbid! I have been coming here for a while(over a year) and the customer service has never been great let alone good in the past but was the only place I ever tried for my nails. I went to the shop yesterday (24/04/23) to get my nails shortened which i had got done beautifully at another nail shop in Birmingham City centre. The person that shortened my nails couldn't understand English and was extremely rough with my hands. He dashed them around and seemed like he was rushing (why I don't know because the shop was completely empty besides me) i was actually in shock at the way he was handling me. Never have i seen a customer treated so poorly. Looking at the nails now the job he did is terrible! There is no symmetry some are shorter than others the filing down is uneven and has caused my extension to become exposed and break not even 24 hours later. Clearly he was in training as I haven't seen him much before. I also think if they are going to have ppl training this should be stated and at a reduced price rather than an increased one. They've lost a customer in me after my experience yesterday they need to do better! Won't be returning or recommending nails2you to anyone! Service: Acrylic nails
