Absolute unreal experience! First off I usually buy vehicles in person as I'm dubious of buying vehicles online. However when this cupra showed up on AutoTrader I was hooked, I needed that car. WhatsApp'd Isaac who is a credit to the company, answered all my questions & concerns, after 5 days of going through service history, spec, pictures I was thoroughly happy to put my faith in a vehicle I haven't seen in person (I'm extremely fussy) even on my first phone call they highlited a mark on a seat which was also photographed in the advert (most places hide these sorts of thing) they gained my trust immediately by showing honesty. Isaac was a pleasure to transact with. Finally paid for the car Saturday lunchtime and they delivered it Saturday evening, 300 miles away from their showroom!!! Seriously impressive service, better than amazon prime! Have covered 500 miles on some excellent journeys with zero issues to report apart from having a face ache from too much smiling! Once again, thank you, Isaac and Autohaus team!!

Bought a car through Autohaus and I am very pleased with their service, everything was sorted stress free, had to car delivered to my door on a day that suited me best, would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle through them to anyone!

Whilst I did not buy from the chaps at autohaus, they did provide me with great service. They provided me information when need and accommodated my requests. I would recommend them. Only reason I didnt buy was due to personal circumstances. Thanks for your help Isak!

Travelled by train to buy a car for my daughter in September, have waited a few weeks to comment to ensure car runs well etc. I had an appointment and Issac picked me up from the station in the car I had come to view. The test drive was OK but heading out into the main Birmingham traffic at midday on a Friday was quite an experience and tested the car. I felt the car pulled slightly to the right, on return to the garage it was put straight up on the ramp and checked, it did indeed need a new suspension spring which was replaced immediately. We negotiated a little and agreed on a small reduction in price, a year's MOT, a credit check and a full valet. Whilst waiting I was invited to have lunch. Drove home, 300 miles straight after, the car is running beautifully, the car was an older car. I would thoroughly recommend this garage, every aspect of the purchase went well, was carried out with curtesy and nothing was too much. One tip, do not be put off by the building when you arrive, the service you receive far outweighs this. They may have moved into their new premises by the time you visit. I was served by Issac who i cannot fault, he did everything to ensure I could take the car that day.

AVOID!!! Came3 hours to see the 2013 ST fiesta they have advertised online. No mention of this car having any damage. Turned out it had been rear ended. Terrible business
