Bought a BMW from these cowboys with 6 month warranty, as soon as we had a problem he was arguing with me on the phone telling me I should have bought a brand new one? Also the insurance company whos meant to hold the warranty have no record of my car on there system? DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY THERE, there a a lot more reputable car dealers out there, these are not one of them

I had the distasteful experience of dealing with this company and the manager Haroon, has attempted to defraud me when I was attempting to buy a Porsche Panamera, he took 1000 deposit and I agreed to pay a further upfront on the vehicle along with part exchanging and putting the rest on finance with the Finance Company Shokarz, of which this finance company in particular stipulated right at the end that they are charging 700 for their checks on the car ensuring everything is legit never have I ever seen in the history of financing that a finance company charges an upfront payment to obtain the finance which seems very suspicious and could be reported to the Financial conduct authority, please be careful when you attempt to finance with this, my suspicion is that this finance company and the GWC are in collusion by charging customers extra fees on the finance which should have been in knowledge of the one who is affiliated which Haroon was the salesman he did not disclose, while I was disputing this outrageous charge with the finance company and Haroon was holding the deposit he sold the car without alerting us while I had a harsh credit check done and a deposit given and a part exchange agreed, when I told the finance company I will think about it and call back on Monday to give my verdict and decision, Haroon and his firm sold the vehicle which was such poor business conducted in such bad faith, its absurd seeing Islamic hadiths being a banner in their office talking about wealth being important but more important things in life, these people are absolute hypocrites in the politest way I can put. So as a summary a deal was put in place and he backdoored the deal by selling it when this vehicle was going to be used for work reasons and to provide a living to a family who suffered immense losses during covid, I will report this firm and the finance company to the FCA and if there is evidence of wrongdoing they will be sanctioned for it.
