So bad, Do not try to buy a car with them. I bought my Mercedes and it a part beneath the car was broken, they were so rude when I complained to them and they said its not their fault. Not a good company to deal with

Shameful dealer, unreliable, deposit thief, no AA affiliated, a total scam. Keep away. Shame autotrader advertises it as a reliable dealer

Bought a car from this garage problem with gear box garage took it back to try and fix but could not was offered a full refund which I accepted really pleased with service and attitude thankyou

I Purchased a car from them on 4th Dec 2022. it had diesel leak (they may have known about it). I Took the car to them once to repair it, but its still leaking and now its showing Engine failure warning. I requested them to take the car back . But they wont agree. I gave them final warning before taking any legal action and waiting for their reply. They didn't gave any AA approval . I paid for Warranty wise and they issued warranty first which doesn't cover any part that i require to change. if they don't agree to take the car back I will file law suit against them as per consumer law 2015.
