We buy any car except if your car has a battery lease. Despite informing them beforehand and advising the battery can be bought, I was made to wait for 20minutes before being told they wouldn't even look at the car. A phone call/email to cancel or be politely informed on arrival would be common courtesy. Or even a valuation assuming there wasn't a lease so I could work out the finances myself would have been helpful.

Massive waste of time! Qouted 2k on site then offered 1k because of a shopping trolley ding! Lure you in then rip you off tactic!
