        The self service machines are okay. Opening hours are the main problem, they dont specify which services close earlier. Also the lines at lunch time are so long - anyone with the average 9-5 wont have time to go in. The staff cane across moody when I asked her to print my statements and said I couldve just done it online instead of coming in (I needed them stamped)

        At lunch time, the only chance most people get to go to the bank there is always a long queue and not enough cashiers...every single day. Why not cover for this? No planning at all, very annoying.

        Attitude of Asian lady on enquiry desk yesterday was not customer friendly.i have been in for change for the store numerous times.was told abruptly this couldn't be done.i am a Nat West card holder.i for one will not be using this branch again.!!
