Midlands Mortgages (fee free advice)

We used Paul for 2 simultaneous mortgage transactions for a purchase and let to buy. Paul was very knowledgeable and we trusted him 100%. We had the option of going with an estate agent led adviser but wanted someone who had the whole of market to help with our complex needs, . We were kept fully up to date every single step of the way and the fact the lenders didn't ask for a heap of documents after we submitted the applications meant Paul had done his job really well before hand. I would have absolutely no hesitation recommending Midlands Mortgages to anyone who wants a friendly professional service from a company that clearly know what they are doing.

Paul was amazing he called my daughter on a Saturday and they had a 15-minute conversation. On the Monday he got back to her with a great deal and they finalised it that same week. He made the whole process painless and timely. In the past its taken hours to sort a mortgage, but this was a breeze so we would definitely recommend him for his service, efficiency and a better deal than we could find!
