Zi went above and beyond to keep me updated throughout the process. Efficient, great communication, knowledgeable & professional. He provided me with all the information I requested, helped educate me simultaneously during the process. Hes been very understanding and patient with this being my first time going through this process, which can be overwhelming and stressful but Zi was incredible and exceeded my expectations, made sure to go over the process in detail, did not hesitate to schedule a call if requested and always replied to any queries I had whilst completing the process in a short period of time. I was given Zi's number by a friend. At the beginning, I was very sceptical because I was a first time buyer who was very anxious and easily stressed. Zi picked up on that and regularly reassured me by explaining things in a more simpler form for my understanding. Hence the reason for the 5 stars He is professional who is kind and has a bullet speed response whenever I ask questions, be it day or night. He is one of the good ones. I will use him again for my remortgaging and have already recommended him to my friends and family members who are planning on buying their home or approaching remortgaging their home.
