This positive feedback is specifically for Helen Taylor who has helped us get onto the property ladder for the very first time. Being self-employed our situation is a little more complicated than the average people, and most brokers and lenders just prefer to deal with easier cases. I have come across many bad brokers until I found Helen. She is unique, she actually prefers a challenge and she did everything she could to help us. Whilst other brokers have said no or provided a very low mortgage figure, she managed to find a reputable lender with a very good mortgage offer. And this is all down to her hard work and never give in attitude. Not to mention she's very polite, approachable and on-the-ball. Today marks the first week since I collected the keys and my young daughters cannot be more excited. And to top it all off, she didn't charge me a single penny! She even refused my offer of a tip! It was never going to be a straight forward process for me but the support I received from Helen was excellent. She found the most suitable plan for my needs it was just unfortunate my personal circumstances changed.
