        We had an offer from a high street bank before Definitive Brokers were recommended to us by a family member. We thought why not we have nothing to loose. We had the pleasure of speaking to Hassan, who was very easy to talk to, he took his time to explain everything and made all the mortgage "lingo" sound simple. Hassan worked around us, he contacted us at the times we asked him to and got us a great offer halving the interest rate we already had secured. We secured our mortgage just after the first lock down, there was a delay on the bank side but Hassan kept us up to date everyday till we signed the contract. I have been recommending Definitive Brokers to anyone who tells me they're looking to buy a house or remortgage.
