Best broker ever, Clive will get you a mortgage if he says he will no doubt about that. Things that seem impossible when buying a house he can make it possible for you. I am so lucky that I found him when I did, as today I became a HOME OWNER . Even after it had already been nearly 1 month of moving in we faced a issue that was not easy to resolve and Clive was still there to help.1 in a million Broker he is Thank you Clive I will never forget how much you helped us.

If this man cant get you mortgage then no one can.my situation was complex but clive he did it. He did tell me he will get me mortgage at start i did not believe it but this guy is different from other brokers. It did take bit of a time but it is worth it i finally got my mortgage letter clive thank you man. You are the best of the rest

If you want to get a mortgage without fail then this is the person to come to.....Clive has a high amount of expertise in this field.....He is able to steer you in the right direction whatever your circumstances maybe. We were first time buyers...so as can be expected everything seemed very daunting to us. We first went to another broker who told us straight out that there is no way we can get a mortgage at this point...he told us to wait til next year! Then I came across these reviews left here which seemed very positive so I gave Clive a call...the first phone call turned my feelings of helplessness to hopefulness...he was very reassuring.....very confident when he speaks.... I questioned him in everything and he had an answer for them all! Through out the whole process from start to finish he really was there for us... always answered our calls, responded to all our emails/ txt messages. Whenever we felt anxious he was able to reassure us every time. His job was to get us a mortgage.... when we got our mortgage offer that was supposed to be his ' job done'....but no, his services didn't stop there!...He went out of his way to see this through with us right to the very end and stayed in contact with us til we got the keys to our dream home! ...An absolute phenomenon person. I still remember the time when we put in an offer for our house and our offer was accepted...he told us " if this is the house you really want then this house will be yours, I will make sure of it!". At the time I didn't believe that this house will be ours...but guess what!... here I am sitting in this very house writing this review. I can't express in words the feelings me and my husband had when we were handed over the keys....we couldn't have done it without you Clive. Can't thank you enough for making our dreams come true!!!

I found Clive (CDTPropassist) after doing a Google search. The search came up with a lot of positive feedback and a few negative. I decided to give him a go as my situation was a little complex. I have to say, that this g/man knows his stuff. He is very thorough and likes to go through everything with a fine tooth comb. No he doesn't answer his phone all the time, which can be a little frustrating, but just believe he is working on your case and will get the job done. I found him, very polite and he always managed to take the stress away. The final product is, I have my beautiful home with a huge thank you to Clive!!!

If Clive can not get you a mortgage then I dont know who can. Clive is professional in his approach and will ensure that all bases are covered in order to put you in the best position. The most difficult cases have the best chance of approval through CDT prop assist and I would highly recommend. Once again, thank you Clive.
