I have been dealing with this company for the past year who have assisted me with obtaining a financial product. I could not rate them highly enough and will continue to use them for future services. The employee Reiss always kept me updated with the application through to when the finance was approved. Highly recommend !

My broker throughout the process had been fairly communicative but really was doing the bare minimum in terms of explaining what options for rates I had. Just very short one sentence emails and clearly only wanted the commission. No proactive follow ups and check ins, and as soon as my mortgage offer arrived and fee paid it was radio silence. My purchase fell through unfortunately and I urgently needed advice/new rates, but they never pick up the phone or called back despite promising multiple times. Honestly like pulling teeth and Ive since switched to a far superior company.

I cannot give enough praise to Daniel Bowles. Being new to the UK from the US and getting into home hunting and the mortgage process was exhausting and overwhelming, but Daniel was so patient with us, he took the time to explain everything and made sure we understood the process. There were times when I was panicking or was just plain confused and Daniel calmly, politely and in simple words thoroughly explained and clarified any questions I had. Because of Daniel's honest, straightforward approach, we were able to purchase our first home for our little family. Daniel is indeed an asset to John Charcol and I am grateful for his time, integrity, effort and personalized approach.
