Mal Connections

Screen on Samsung was shattered, was replaced at a reasonable price, however the sound quality on phone was not right, took phone back and Mal rang me on the evening (in his own time) to let me know the problem and what he could do to repair this... brilliant customer service , would highly recommend them to anyone with any phone issues .. Been here over 5 times now with breaks and issues with my phone not including the odd accessories. Would highly reccomend, great expertise, competitive affordable prices for work carried out with a quick repair time. We all know how it can get when were attached to our phone, mal has always got it back super fast keeping withdrawal systoms to a minimal. Now and again hes off, and thefe is a lovely lady there covering, she is also of the same caliber. Would definately stay loyal to mal connections and use for the forseable future.

Terrible customer service. Store wasnt open during the opening hours. Tried phoning get a message saying text me. Numerous texts saying wont be long waiting 10minutes between replies. In the end went to a different phone shop as clearly this one isnt interested in custom. Another customer was also waiting around with myself not knowing why its not open. Wouldnt advise.

My phone broke went in to malconnection to buy a new phone i bought a new samsung a11 he set it all up for me very good service and price would recommend 100 %
