        Thay had my phone 3days now a32 took it in with broken screen every time I go to pick it up the screen goes black and trying to say it's my motherboard

        Bit of a scam tbf, quoted 50 to unlock my dad's iPhone, and then charges a further 79 for a poor quality, cheap phone. Very disappointed as we like to adhere to supporting small businesses, but I would avoid this shop at all costs! Waste of money, from a vulnerable man.

        Upselling and Charged extra for a "genuine" apple screen replacement, only for it not to work after 2 weeks. Thought I will support a local business. Took it to a reputable service and had the technician tell me I've been scammed by paying a premium for a knock off sub-standard part. Definitely not an Apple genuine part. Just realised I supported a local scammer.. Go use Infinity Loop by Jewellery Quarter instead. They do the job right at a better price.
