Terrible terrible company. Still have not refunded me for a repair that they NEVER completed and will now need to go through the ombudsman. Scammers. Do not buy from here.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID this company. I initially brought in my MacBook Pro for a repair which the charged me 160 for. They assured me it would be ready by 4pm by the business owner himself. He assured me if it didnt work he would give me back my money. I go to pick it up at 4pm and it was UNTOUCHED. They tried to give me 200 for MY pristine MacBook Pro that only had a software issue, no physical damage. The 200 was to be taken off the price and swapped with a MacBook Pro of their own. The one they gave me was dented and in very poor condition. It did not work AT ALL. I did not see that until I returned home as I was stressed and panicking. I RETURNED THAT SAME DAY to get back my device. They almost refused to give me back my original device. If it wasnt for the fact that they were distracted by 3 OTHER customers getting extremely angry with the unprofessional and abusive business owner they would have completely refused to give back my device THAT SAME DAY. I took back my laptop home and it is STILL BROKEN to this day. The business owner tries to shift blame and is completely unprofessional as you can see proof in their replies to honest reviews. The positive reviews are fake. They refurbish products as cheaply as they can and then try to flip them for as high a profit as possible. I am disputing this SCAM company with my bank and if not I will take this to the Ombudsman. NEVER buy from this place, go through verified retailers like apple and PC world. They promise warranty/insurance etc. this is not the case. They will take as much of your money as possible and they will not respect your time.
