I was upset my phone got sent else where n the elsewhere lied about even touching my phone saying can't do it, but me and the owner of this shop worked together and got my phone screen done in 15 mins. Thank you. So I can't do a new review, so I'm adding on here, I've been to this shop a few times, can I just say hats off to the owner, he does everything in his power to correct any mistake, that is if any mistake has happened also keeps the customers happy by trying to get what they want,even puts to much stress on himself and still stressed as he is still gets it done, even he tries to do 4 or more jobs at once, I've seen this, a trooper, really has a heart of gold, JazakAllah brother for help u have given me.i Live shard end phone charging port snapped, I was cut off from family 227 miles away, and hubby in Pakistan, no one to talk to cut off from all I knew, and honestly I feel brother went above n beyond, seriously u dunno how much it means coz I was cut off from everyone I know n couldn't talk to hubby as in Pakistan, n ur help made me feel alot better, n made me not as insane as I could of been , this man seriously tries his hardest to keep customers happy, and cares if they cry like a baby as I did, he told me don't cry we will sort it its OK honestly don't cry, just few words, but coz it was with compassion and empathy, it felt like I needed it, JazakAllah, u seriously don't know u stopped my break down n panic attacks due to not having a phone or anyone to talk to for 3 days, apart from u when I came to shop, thank u for ur compassion.
