If I could figure it out I would remove my recent review giving only one star. There were issues with a missing iPad. However when I did manage to contact Andrei, I completely understood why things had gotten a bit out of hand. He was extremely apologetic and offered to send a new device if he was unable to locate mine. He did locate it though, and as way of compensation sent a very high quality pair of earbuds. So a huge thumbs up to iBuzz, all being well that ends well! I think my wife has two google accounts so when I get into where it was posted I will delete. Thank you Andrei for conducting yourself with a great sense of honour. I would not hesitate to recommend iBuzz. I got my initial recommendation from a local firm in Devon, and would second this.

Excellent service from this company. They repaired my iPad the same day at a very good price. They were informative throughout the process giving me total peace of mind that all would be okay.
