Communication was excellent throughout from initial conversations with Chris to the final goodbye with Adam and Tom. We had several visits prior to installation to agree the work that needed to be done and sensible suggestions were made of changes we could make for a better outcome. Day of installation went without a hitch, Adam and Tom worked like Trojans to get the job done. They were polite, friendly and respectful and paid great attention to detail. Quality of materials and work is of the highest standard and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Consumer grass West Midlands to anyone looking for artificial grass installation. Wow Consumer Grass West Midlands! My garden was practically redundant until you came along! All I had was a boggy mess. Now thanks to you guys youve transformed it! Cant speak highly enough of your guys either, worked tirelessly and so well mannered, nothing was too much trouble. Had my patio and grass completed this week. What a beautiful job the guys have done. From start to finish, they have excelled in everything they have done. They completed a similar job done on my old house about 8 years ago buy the same company and when I left the place, the patio and grass looked like new so I had to use these guys again and they are still brilliant. You won't be disappointed.
