        I must say a huge thank you to staff at Sony, l purchased a TV Saturday which they delivered and set up Sunday, very friendly, competent and patient in explaining the settings to someone who has no clue with tech. Great service highly recommended.

        I was served by Mr Frank V when I purched the TV. I arrived 5 minutes before Sony shop had closed. Despite closing a few minutes later Frank continued serving me he had excellent customer service skills and extensive product knowledge. I ended up buying a more of an expensive TV then I originally wanted to buy I brought an O Led TV and I am very happy with my purchase. Highly recommended excellent service I will always go back to Sony.
