Lab created diamonds ( cheaper than mined ones but same in originality), exceptional customer service, the sales lady gives you smooth service to decide your options and navigates your price range, followed by emailing the details of the shortlisted options. We took pictures as well to decide. Very happy with their service. The ethical side of lab grown diamonds was impressive, cheaper than the mined ones and Jessica as the sales staff was just the sweetest lady to deal with. Totally recommend. They have pretty decent designs. Also they have computer there to figure out the price for what exactly you order, the diamond clarity , size etc and all other technical details. All this was very useful for us to decide.

Purchased an engagement ring for my partner Alison from Sacet Birmingham back in November. Jessica talked me through all of the options and was really helpful and patient with my many questions. Happy to say that Alison said yes when I proposed last weekend on holiday to Tromso, Norway. She loved the ring (as did I). I'll be sure to return to Sacet for the wedding rings! So far 5* experience. I had been looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend and unless you know what your looking at and what you want, it can be a minefield. Thankfully I came across this shop specialising in lab grown diamonds and tbh they are just as good if not better than mine diamonds at half the cost. What woman wouldn't want a bigger diamond? Anyone Madeline was amazing instore and got everything sorted. Can't wait to collect the ring in a couple of weeks. Certainly will be back to buy again
