Went in to get my mum a belt on Mothers Day and although it was fairly busy in store Anita was really kind and friendly. Gucci is not a store I would normally visit but she made me feel welcome, especially since some high end brands do the opposite! Well done Anita for your fab service xx

Anita was wonderful when I first visited the Gucci Selfridges store in Birmingham. The other employees' customer service wasn't very good, but Anita was very efficient and kept an eye on other customers even while she was packing someone else's order. She approached me and inquired as to my assistance needs. Anita was really courteous and professional throughout my purchase.
