Ben the Cake Man

Incredible cake! From start to finish Ben was amazing to deal with. His knowledge and expertise were clear & he was able to help guide us through what we wanted from our wedding cake with ease. We were over the moon with our cake on the day and all of our guest commented on how awesome it looked and tasted. Thank you so much Ben.

I wanted to book with Ben for our wedding cake but unfortunately he has lost a customer due to lack of communication. We sent one email to start with asking for a rough budget for a specific cake we were looking for. We had a reply stating that we couldn't get a price due to not knowing the prices of ingredients for the year 2024 and to get back in touch in January 2024. Our wedding is October 2024. We felt this was sadly too late to leave planning our wedding cake. We did send another email asking again but no reply. Beautiful cakes but sorry the customer service is rubbish. P.s due to our working schedule unfortunately we couldn't have called within your working times. The second email was sent on 17th March this year.

I had the pleasure of taking a cake class with Ben, such a lovely guy and what fabulous experience learning new skills and techniques. Although quite intense the end result is very much worth it! I was in a class of 4 so a nice size group and youre looked after with refreshments and lunch. Highly recommended experience and will hopefully get to do another in the future.

From the moment we saw Ben at a wedding fayre we knew we wanted him to make out wedding cake. His designs are amazing and the cakes taste incredible. Ben gave us exactly what we asked for and we absolutely loved it. We had so many fantastic comments about the cake on the wedding day itself and it was the icing on the cake to make our wedding day so special.

Sugar Creations hosted a class with Ben for a second time this year Ben is so attentive with every student , Ben makes sure every student completes each task , He has lots of patience and is very approachable , he encourages question from students to ensure they all understand each step . We have another 3 classes booked with Ben for 2022. and each class is fully booked before the designs are planned . Thank you Ben for all your hard work and making a class of student happy and proud of their achievements
