        Really helpful staff. Helped me with a couple of daft questions and demonstrated the Peloton app brilliantly. So the shop is great, the staff are great...but come on Peloton, the cost of some of your accessories beyond belief!

        Excellent service from Noah in store. Welcoming and friendly staff. Highly recommend going in store to try out the equipment and ordering via them.

        Really impressed with the whole experience. Hannah was great. She went through all of the features with no hard sell. Working from home now, this has been a life changing piece of kit. Really impressed with the Customer follow up service also. If i had room, id be coming back for a Treadmill also :).

        We had a really positive and informative experience at Peloton Birmingham. Alan was absolutely brilliant at helping us with purchasing a bike. He was able to answer all of our strange questions and greeted us with a smile. The shop was clean and welcoming and the other shop assistant was lovely as well. I would certainly recommend Alan to help you with your Peloton purchase. We at no point felt pressured into buying which can be the case a lot of the time. Thank you Peloton Birmingham!
