My vehicle has had repairs done several times ranging from pot hole damage to bad damage caused by a drunk driver to bodywork damage caused by reversing into something . Each time I have had excellent communication from all staff, both on the phone and to the drivers who pick up and drop off, to the courtesy car arrangements. I cannot fault the work done, I am no expert but they look like they've done a great job! Really hope my next car doesn't need to be visiting them so much, comes to something when they recognise you! Lastly, this time I would like to thank Toni for her efforts in ensuring that I got my car back when I needed it yesterday to take my daughter back to university, I really appreciated that she remembered I'd told her and that she went to so much trouble for me ( as I imagine the delivery driver did too!)
