Chris, Jason and their entire team have been a real pleasure to work with and have at our property for the few weeks it took to complete the repairs to the various aspects of our roof. Upfront, Chris was the only person (amongst the four other quotes that we sought) who gave us a complete quote, rather than "we'll let you know the rest once we see up there", which CR Roofing stuck to also guarantee their work. Consciencious, courteous, excellent communication throughout with daily updates including photos and very tidy every day, I thoroughly recommend CR Roofing. WARNING: Company is terrible with communication. We spent almost 2000 hiring this company to fix the condensation in our roof which was causing black marks on the ceiling edges in the bedrooms upstairs. They did a wonderful job. However, we noticed some condensation seeping in a couple of months later. After countless calls and voicemails someone came out to fix it. Unfortunately the condensation has persisted and is gradually worsening overtime (I have attached images). We gave this company thousands of pounds and now the problem is back again. I have tried to contact the company of several occasions but do not receive a response. I have no choice but to report this company to the relevant authorities tomorrow morning. I shall update this review if the company get in touch and resolve this issue or provide a refund.

Thanks to a pair of crows building a nest in a chimney pot I needed a bird guard fitted to prevent the chimney becoming blocked. I contacted the company on Wednesday and Thursday they came to give me a quotation which I accepted without hesitation. The work was carried out on Friday morning in a very professional and efficient manner. Everyone I have been in contact with at the company have been exceptionally friendly, professional and courteous. They are a rare pleasure to deal with and are highly recommended.
