And what a delight!!
The staff member (Kay according to the receipt) was welcoming, accommodating, knowledgeable, honest and engaging.
Something you dont seem to see a lot in retail these days.
She used our sons name and immediately interacted with him on a personal level.
We left the store very happy with big smiles and my husband gave her 11/10 which is amazing as he doesnt usually comment!
Would highly recommend this staff member and store.
